Get the best care possible with mental health funding from HRSA. The demand for quality behavioral healthcare is increasing. With the current shortage of clinicians, behavioral healthcare providers must encourage strategies to better serve their clients and ensure the highest quality of patient care while remaining financially viable.

Health Resources and Services Administration

HRSA serves millions of Americans across the country with program initiatives that improve the health of rural and low-income populations, and the medically disenfranchised. Not only does HRSA aid underserved populations, HRSA also endorses health professional training, health care delivery, and compensates/ protects individuals victim to malpractice and poor treatment.

HRSA’s mission: “To improve health outcomes and address health disparities through access to quality services, a skilled health workforce, and innovative, high-value programs.

HRSA-funded initiatives, such as Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs), are helping health centers across the country improve quality care by providing training and technical assistance at no cost. HCCNs’ efforts have helped introduce electronic health records and integrated models as the country transitions from a pay-for-service healthcare system to value-based quality care.
